3. Live Workshops & Training Programs

Refund requests for live workshops or classroom training are handled as follows:

More than 7 days before the event

Eligible for a refund after deducting applicable payment gateway and administrative charges.

Within 7 days of the event

No refund will be issued.

Failure to Attend

If you do not attend the workshop or training session, no refund will be provided.

4. Physical Books

If you purchase printed books through our website:

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

  • The book is damaged during delivery.

  • You receive the wrong book.

  • The book has manufacturing defects.

Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product

5. eBooks, PDFs & Digital Downloads

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales of eBooks, PDFs, audio files, and downloadable resources are final.

6. Hypnotherapy Sessions & Consultations

For private consultations or hypnotherapy sessions:

Cancellation by Client

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

Late Cancellation

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are generally non-refundable.

Missed Appointment (No Show)

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session fee will not be refunded.

7. Certification Programs

Enrollment fees for certification programs are generally non-refundable once admission is confirmed or study materials have been provided.

Requests for exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

8. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same product or service, please contact us immediately.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
